We're looking for a World's Greatest Carpenter's Helper -- someone who wants to learn the remodeling trade from experienced professionals and grow into a skilled carpenter over time. You'll support lead carpenters and crews with daily tasks, tool handling, material prep, jobsite organization, and quality-focused work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters with framing, trim, cabinetry, and general remodeling tasks
  
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
  
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials under direction
  
• Learn proper use of hand tools and power tools
  
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
  
• Support crews to keep projects moving efficiently
  
• Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors
  

Qualifications

• Some construction or labor experience preferred (not required)
  
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
  
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  
• Comfortable traveling to job sites
  
• Basic tool familiarity is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 position
  
• $16 to $24 per hour, depending on experience
  
• Opportunities for raises as skills increase
